Appendix 3.B – Contract for General Services
Purpose:
Purpose:
In order to meet the requirements listed in IRS Publication 1075 – Tax Information Security Guidelines for Federal, State, and Local Agencies (Appendix 3.A), all of the entities within the Wyoming CSE Program (e.g. State CSE Office, State Disbursement Unit, District CSE Offices, and Clerks of District Court) will ensure any subcontractors safeguard Federal Tax Information (FTI). The attached Contract for General Services is provided by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for use with all subcontractors (e.g. cleaning staff). It should be atttached to existing contracts upon contract renewal and inserted as a part of any new contract.
