Overview

This section lists acronyms and abbreviations that are frequently used/approved for use by the Wyoming CSP.  Definitions of these terms are included in 1.3 Definitions.  These are the only acronyms/abbreviations that may be used in POSSE case notes and internal memoranda.

Note:
POSSE case notes provide detailed information regarding the case and or parties involved in the case.  It is imperative that each contact whether in person, via mail, or over the phone is entered on to POSSE through a case or person activity log.  The philosophy from the State CSE Office along with each District CSE Office is “if it isn’t in case notes, it didn’t happen”.  See Appendix 1.A – POSSE Case Note Reminders for more information.
