From a computer perspective, POSSE handles all aspects of the Wyoming CSE Program and monitors federal timeframes for case workers. In order for POSSE to operate at high-levels of efficiency with little-to-no down time during normal work hours, POSSE’s availability after hours shall be limited to allow certain processes to run outside of normal work hours.
Policy

Unless otherwise instructed or notified and as granted by the appropriate District CSE Manager or Clerk of District Court, POSSE users will have read-only access to POSSE between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Monday through Sunday. If an unauthorized after hours POSSE user attempts to log into POSSE between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., the POSSE user will receive a message that the user is not authorized and will be unable to access POSSE.
